About Tuncba

Two disciplines.
One way of working.

Tuncba was built on a simple observation: connectivity and property are both, underneath everything, infrastructure — judged on how well they hold up long after the work is done.

Our story

Built around one observation.

Telecommunications and real estate look unrelated. Underneath, they run on the same discipline.

Both start with a site visit. A network project begins with a coverage and capacity survey; a property instruction begins with a valuation grounded in comparable evidence. Neither is worth much without that first honest look.

Both are specified, quoted, and delivered against a clear plan — and both are judged less by the pitch than by how well they hold up once the invoice is settled. A network that drops calls in month three, or a letting that falls through in month four, usually means the survey wasn't thorough enough the first time.

Tuncba Communications and Tuncba Real Estate operate as distinct, specialist teams. What they share is a single operating standard: survey properly, plan clearly, deliver on time, and stay involved after handover.

How we work

The standard, in practice.

01

Precision

Every engagement starts with a proper survey, not an estimate. For a network, that means a coverage and capacity audit. For a property, an honest valuation grounded in comparable evidence. Either way, the plan that follows is only as good as the assessment behind it.

02

Directness

We quote in plain terms and flag problems as soon as we see them — no jargon-as-strategy, and no surprises buried in the final invoice.

03

Continuity

Handover isn't the finish line. Our support contracts and property management services exist because the real test of a network — or a tenancy — happens months after the work is signed off.

Where we operate

Based in the United Kingdom.

Tuncba works with clients across both divisions, locally and further afield. If you're not sure whether a project or a property falls within reach, get in touch — we'll tell you plainly if it doesn't, rather than take it on and find out halfway through.
